IT"S OURS!!!!

Yup, we got the house! As of December 1st we will own the house. I will be posting pictures as we clean and repaint and later on as we redo things.

Pictures of the House

Some pictures of the house. It is hard to see the full extent of the dirt in this place. It looks as if it has not been lived in for several years rather than several weeks. We are waiting on a house inspection (A 3 hour walk through with us on Tues) and confirmation from the rest of Bruce's family on teh price and terms of the offer. Just for reference, there is a Kitchen, Living room and Dining Room on the main floor. Off the Kitchen is the door to the deck which needs to be torn down. Off the Living and Dining room is the sunroom. The first level basment has a wood paneld room, the laundry room and the garage. The second basement is the concrete ones. Upstairs is the bathroom and the three bedrooms.

Basement

This is the original basement - in that they haven't changed it since they bought the house. If we get the house we would pretty much ignore this space for a long time!

The pink one will be a studio until another baby comes along, by which time we will have finished the room on the first basement level. The brown one will be Declans room eventually.

The far closet backs in to the bathroom. We were thinking that one day we could expand the bathroom into the closet space.
